Vendor Requirements

To maintain trust and quality for our members, all vendors must meet the following criteria:

1. Valid Business Registration

Vendors must provide proof of legal registration in their operating country.

2. Active Business Operations

Your business must be fully operational with a track record of service delivery.

3. Exclusive Member Discount

Vendors must offer at least one exclusive discount, benefit, or loyalty reward to NigerianCBCS members.

4. Verified Contact Information

• Business address
• Phone number
• Email
• Website or social media page

5. Compliance With Industry Standards

Vendors must follow all applicable laws, licensing requirements, and professional regulations.

6. No History of Fraud or Misconduct

NigerianCBCS reserves the right to conduct background checks or request references.

7. Agreement to the Vendor Pledge & Code of Conduct

All vendors must sign and uphold the CBCS Vendor Pledge.

All approved vendors commit to the following:

I will conduct my business with honesty, fairness, and full transparency in all dealings with NigerianCBCS members.

2. Quality Service Delivery

I will provide services and products that meet or exceed industry standards and honor all advertised discounts.

3. Respect for Customers

I will treat all NigerianCBCS members with dignity, professionalism, and cultural respect.

4. No Exploitation

I will not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical practices.

5. Confidentiality

I will protect the privacy of NigerianCBCS members and will not misuse their information.

6. Community Support

I will contribute positively to the Nigerian community and uphold the values of unity, excellence, and mutual uplift.

7. Compliance

I will comply with all local, state, federal, and industry regulations.

8. Accountability

I understand that failure to uphold this pledge may result in suspension or removal from the NigerianCBCS Vendor Network.

 

 

How to Join the Vendor Discount Program

Vendors can apply through:

Once approved, vendors receive:

• A Vendor Certificate of Partnership
• A listing in the NigerianCBCS Vendor Directory
• Access to promotional opportunities
• Permission to display the NigerianCBCS Verified Vendor Badge
