VENDOR AGREEMENT

Nigerian Community Business & Citizen Services (NigerianCBCS) Vendor Partnership & Discount Program Agreement

This Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between NigerianCBCS and the undersigned Vendor Partner (“Vendor”).

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to establish a partnership through which the Vendor provides exclusive discounts, benefits, or services to registered NigerianCBCS members.

2. Vendor Obligations

The Vendor agrees to:

1. Provide accurate business information and maintain valid registration.
2. Offer at least one exclusive discount or benefit to NigerianCBCS members.
3. Deliver products and services with professionalism, integrity, and transparency.
4. Honor all advertised discounts without discrimination or delay.
5. Protect the privacy and personal information of NigerianCBCS members.
6. Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
7. Notify NigerianCBCS of any major business changes affecting service delivery.

3. NigerianCBCS Obligations

NigerianCBCS agrees to:

1. List the Vendor in the official Vendor Directory.
2. Promote the Vendor as an approved partner where appropriate.
3. Provide the Vendor with a CBCS Verified Vendor Badge.
4. Maintain communication regarding program updates and opportunities.

4. Term & Termination

• This Agreement becomes effective upon approval of the Vendor’s application.
• Either party may terminate the Agreement with written notice.
• NigerianCBCS may suspend or revoke Vendor status for violations of the Vendor Pledge, misconduct, or failure to honor member benefits.

5. Vendor Pledge

• Accountability and compliance

6. Acceptance

By signing below, the Vendor acknowledges and agrees to all terms of this Agreement.
