NigerianCBCS Code of Conduct

This Code of Conduct protects the integrity of the community and ensures that every member—individual or business—upholds the values of trust, dignity, and service.

1. Respect for All Members

Members must treat others with courtesy, dignity, and cultural respect. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior is strictly prohibited.

2. Honesty and Transparency

Members must provide truthful information in all dealings with CBCS and fellow members. Fraudulent claims, misrepresentation, or deceptive business practices are not tolerated.

3. Ethical Business Practices

Business members must:

  • Deliver services as advertised
  • Honor agreed prices and timelines
  • Maintain professionalism in all customer interactions

4. Protection of Community Trust

Members must not engage in activities that damage the reputation of NigerianCBCS or the Nigerian community, including:

  • Scams
  • Exploitation
  • Public misconduct tied to CBCS identity

5. Confidentiality and Data Respect

Members must respect the privacy of others and avoid sharing personal or business information without consent.

6. Zero Tolerance for Hate or Division

NigerianCBCS is a unity-driven platform. Tribalism, political hostility, or divisive rhetoric is not allowed.

7. Responsible Use of CBCS Platforms

Members must use CBCS directories, groups, and communication channels responsibly. No spamming, misinformation, or unauthorized advertising.

8. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

Members must obey local, state, and federal laws in their country of residence. Illegal activities result in immediate membership suspension.

9. Commitment to Community Support

Members are encouraged to:

  • Support fellow Nigerians
  • Promote positive cultural representation
  • Participate in CBCS programs and initiatives

10. Consequences for Violations

CBCS reserves the right to:

  • Issue warnings
  • Suspend membership
  • Revoke membership permanently
  • Remove business listings …for any breach of the Code of Conduct.
